Most credit and debit card orders placed are normally shipped within 24-48 hours. Mail orders are shipped once payment is received; orders placed by personal check may take up to 10 business days to clear, once the payment clears the bank your order will ship.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a National Holiday will be processed the following business day.

Standard shipping charges are based on UPS & USPS published shipping rates. Once an item(s) is placed in the shopping cart, a shipping quote can be obtained before checking out.
Please note: Roundhouse South reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Roundhouse South is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters. All packages are fully ensured.
International Shipping & Handling
For all foreign shipments, Roundhouse South will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office or any additional duties or taxes. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Roundhouse South will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at https://roundhousesouth.com. Online ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the instructions.
Returns: Shipping charges are non-refundable. 10 day return policy-no refunds; exchange only. 15% Restocking fee applies to all returns.
Payment and Sales Tax
Roundhouse South accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and Discover. Roundhouse South collects 6.5% for sales in Florida. Orders that are shipped outside the state of Florida will not be charged sales tax.
Roundhouse South strives to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please call us ASAP and we will do our best to cancel your order.
Roundhouse South offers gifts certificates to help you give the perfect gift every time. Gift Certificates are available in any amount and have no expiration date. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
Protecting your privacy is very important to us and we take this responsibility very seriously. Personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, and email address is collected by Roundhouse South for the normal processing of your order. Credit card account information is used for the sole purpose of processing your current order and is never distributed to persons outside of the processing service.
