**Roundhouse South** is a model train hobby store located in Port Orange, Florida. We have served the model railroading community since August 1989. Our store is owned and operated by Anthony Rotunda as a sole proprietorship registered in the State of Florida.

## Customer Service Response Times
- **Phone:** Calls during store hours are answered live whenever possible. Outside store hours, leave a message and we'll return your call the next business day.
- **Email:** We respond to email within 1 business day during normal weeks, sometimes longer during peak holiday season.
- **In person:** Visit us anytime during store hours — no appointment needed.

## Service and Repair
