We ship within 1–3 business days from our Port Orange, FL warehouse. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. The shipping method will be shown on your order confirmation.

At this time we ship within the United States only. If you have a special international request, please contact us at info@roundhousesouth.com and we'll see what we can do.

Yes — local pickup is available at our Port Orange store. Select "Store Pickup" at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready. Our address is 4611 S Ridgewood Ave, Port Orange, FL 32127.

We accept returns on unopened, unassembled items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions. Items showing signs of use or assembly are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 5 business days at info@roundhousesouth.com or (386) 304-7002. We'll file a carrier claim and get a replacement or refund arranged for you.

As an MTH National Authorized Service Center and Lionel Authorized Dealer, we handle all warranty repairs in-house. If your engine or transformer develops a problem under warranty, contact us and we'll coordinate the repair — no need to ship directly to the manufacturer.

Yes. Roundhouse South is an MTH National Authorized Service Center. We repair all O-gauge MTH products including Z4000 transformers and Proto 1, Proto 2, and Proto 3 engines. We also service Lionel O-gauge products. See our Service & Repair page for full details.

Yes. We repair all O-gauge MTH products regardless of where they were purchased, including Z4000 transformers, Proto 1, Proto 2, and Proto 3 engines, and MTH accessories. We also service Lionel O-gauge products.

Most repairs are completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on parts availability. Warranty work is handled per the manufacturer's terms. We'll give you an estimate before any work begins — no surprise charges.
