We ship Monday through Friday from our showroom at 4611 S Ridgewood Ave, Port Orange, FL. Local pickup is available — details below.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Larger items (full train sets, multi-pack rolling stock) and special orders may take longer — we'll contact you if there's any delay.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground to deliver orders within the United States. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your cart:

These flat rates apply to standard ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer to deliver but are charged the same rates.

If you need faster shipping for a special occasion (birthday, holiday), call us at (386) 304-7002 — we may be able to upgrade to express or overnight at additional cost.

Local Pickup (Free)

If you live near Port Orange, you can pick up your order at our showroom — no shipping charge. Choose Local Pickup at checkout.

We'll email you when your order is ready (usually within a few hours during business hours, or the next business day for orders placed after we close).

Bring your order confirmation email or the order number, and a photo ID matching the name on the order. If someone else is picking up for you, just let us know in advance — call (386) 304-7002 or reply to your order confirmation email.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking link will work as soon as the carrier scans the package — usually within a few hours.

If you don't see the tracking email, check your spam folder. If it's still missing after 2 business days, contact us.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the package and the items before unpacking further. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we'll work with you and the carrier to file a damage claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package as in transit but it hasn't arrived after a reasonable delay (2+ weeks for ground service, longer during peak holiday seasons), contact us. We'll help you track it down or file a lost-package claim.

Stolen after delivery: If tracking shows the package as delivered but you didn't receive it, first check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier hub. If you can't recover it, contact us within 5 business days. Stolen-package claims are handled by the carrier and outcomes vary — we'll help where we can but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages confirmed delivered.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an address you provided incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment — you'll be charged the additional shipping cost to send it again.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (Black Friday through mid-December), processing and carrier delivery times may be longer than usual. Order early to ensure timely delivery. We'll post specific cutoff dates on our homepage as the season approaches.

Larger and Heavier Items

Some items in our catalog are heavy (full train sets, large layouts, brass locomotives) and ship at higher rates due to weight and dimensional pricing. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
